So I downloaded and installed this 3.5.9.230 version of TotalMedia. The radio portion of my X8350A Digital TV Tuner PCI card worked great, but when I tried to scan for OTA Digital TV stations, I get the message that the software can't find the tuner or that some other program may be using it and preventing the TotalMedia software from scanning for digital TV stations.
